651 George III oak eight day longcase clock by Richard Watkins (Merthyr Tydfil), circa 1780, swan neck pediment over turned columns flanking an 11 ins brass arched dial, signed to the chapter ring, with Roman numerals and matted centre with subsidiary seconds and date window, sun motif to the arch, eight day movement striking on a bell, plain trunk and box base on bracket feet, height 104cm
