Pair of Schneeballen style vases, late 19th Century, campagna shape embellished with birds in colours and gilded leaves against a white flowerhead ground edged with gilt (restored), 13.5cm

One vase has discolouration to the inside. Both birds have had their tails restored; this is good quality restoration. In addition there has been some restoration to the gilded leaves and a loss to one (see images). Minute chips to the flowers in places.
The other vase has slight spots of discolouration to the interior and also some hair cracks visible in the body on the inside. The tail of the uppermost bird is restored and again some spots of restoration to the gilded leaves is visible. There are minute chips to the flowers. In short both pieces have been restored but still have damages.
