Victorian coromandel domed stationery box, by Farthing & Thornhill, with tri-section interior, width 24cm, height 18cm

The exterior of the box is very good, there are however, some knife marks above the escutcheons (see image). There is a loss of lacquering to the brass edging. There is a lock but no key.
Inside there are three compartments with mahogany partitions.
