Late George III mahogany press wardrobe, circa 1800-20, moulded cornice over two double recessed panel doors opening to hanging space, over a base with a single long drawer with brass swan neck handles, raised on bracket feet, width 135cm, depth 53cm, height 208cm

There is some gapping at the corners of the cornice (see images). The doors are of good colour and patina. There is some wear around the lock plate. The lock plate is later. There is a key. There is an old scratch on the right hand door adjacent to the upper panel. Inside the hanging rail is later as are the catches for the doors. The lower drawer has some fading. Handles are original. Some shifting of the moulding on the right hand side. Bracket feet appear to be original. No further damage to report.
