George III silk embroidered stipple engraving, of the ill fated ship St. Geran with its heroine Virginie, in a mourning mount and gilt frame, the image 24cm x 34cm

Colours are washed out to silvery tones, but the reds and blues are still visible. The work is of fine quality. We can find no real damage. Frame and mount appear to be Victorian and are in good condition. The whole item is presentable.
