Royal Copenhagen blue and white porcelain table centre, the basket top supporting six candle sconces over a bottle form base, with nymphs of Pan chasing a lizard, height 55cm

One of the arms has been broken, repaired and restored. It has some small losses to the collar around the nozzle. There is overpainting associated with the restoration and there appears to be some added strengthening underneath the outer collars to fix them into place. Whether this has been subsequent to the manufacture of the piece or not, we are unclear. Incidentally, this work cannot be seen from the upper side.
