Japanese Arita porcelain dish for the Chinese market, decorated with phoenix and dragon in coloured enamels against underglaze blue, Wanli mark but 18th Century, 22.5cm; also two Japanese Arita plates, 18th Century, 19cm; and an Edo style Japanese bowl, decorated with cranes on a craquel ground, 17cm (4)

Phoenix plate: Good condition with only rubbing to the gilt rim.
Pomegranate plate: Two rim chips, one having a small hair crack approx. 1.5cm from it.
Third plate: Two small rim chips and a hair crack from the rim approx. 2cm and two further minute chips to the rim.
The dish is warped and has some wear to the enamelled decoration on the centre. Patches of staining to the crackelure in the centre of the bowl and on the exterior of the bowl. No chips or cracks found.
