Unusual late Victorian cut glass and tortoiseshell mounted scent bottle, flattened tear shape, the tortoiseshell with piquet foliate decoration in silver, strawberry cut back, with white metal screw cap complete with stopped, 11.5cm

The silver screw cap has some dents, albeit small, particularly at the top which seems to be a little compressed. No marks whatsoever. The neck is cased with silver, again unmarked, and some minor tiny nicks and scrapes when viewed through a 10x loupe. Fine glass stopper.

On the body adjacent to the tortoiseshell inset are some chips and scratches to the glass. No further damage detected.
