Pair of Victorian brass tavern candlesticks, circa 1840-60, each centred with a bell over a knopped column and pan base, height 32cm

The candlesticks are the same height but one is slightly bent, giving the appearance of being shorter. There is a slight bend to the base of the non-bent stick. The milling is all the same, however on one it is more worn than on the other, thus altering the appearance.
