One of the sticks has compression at the top of the sconce, similarly the nozzle has an accompanying bend. There are pinprick and other small dents throughout. The sticks are holed at the top of the stiff leaves around the base of the columns (see image). There is a split beneath the sconce of one of the sticks.
Hallmarks are clear.
Finally, it would appear that both sticks are out of vertical.
