Victorian pedestal oil lamp, with an etched tulip bowl over a blue glass tank and brass reeded column and domed foot with black glazed base, height to the top of the shade 60cm

The shade is in good condition. There are some bends to the brass around the burner and due to the amount of Brasso the wheels are not producing the wick which can be seen inside the tank. We do not want to force off the burner from the top of the tank, again it appears to be stuck with Brasso. There is paraffin in the tank. We cannot see any chips or cracks. There are some light dents to the brass above the base. No further damage detected.
