Small oak bureau, 19th Century conversion, having a slope front opening to an interior with cupboard door, drawers and pigeonholes, over two short drawers and three long drawers, with brass swan neck handles, raised on bracket feet, depth 55cm, height 106cm, width 64cm

the top has numerous old ink marks and a piece of wood let in just above the escutcheon. The escutcheon is a replacement. Inside there is a repair to one of the division of the pigeonholes. On the slope the grain is a little open and old varnish can be seen throughout the front. The handles are replacement. Please note that as per the catalogue description this is a cut down bureau as the evidence from the drawers will show. Knocks and scrapes around the bracket feet.
