Pair of Japanese satsuma vases, Taisho (1912-26), ovoid form relief moulded with a dragon at the neck and decorated with panels of figures and warriors in colours and gilt, signed to the base in characters, height 24.5cm

One vase has a repaired rim chip, some tiny chips to the beard of the dragon.
The other vase has similar chips to the dragon; these are tiny, but are there. Also losses to the smaller horns on the dragon's head. No further damage detected.
