Oak cricket table, early 19th Century, circular two plank top, 85cm diameter, raised on elm chamfered supports with undershelf, height 70cm

The two plank top has eight ring marks, knocks and scrapes associated with age and two splits. The undershelf is almost certainly a later addition, but again is well patinated, and provides additional strength to the legs. The stretchers supporting the undershelf are obviously contemporary with the undershelf. There is old woodworm visible to the underside of the feet.
