French carved oak double bed in Louis XV style, the arched headboard surmounted with a carved foliate garland, quiver and torch, flanked with turned and fluted uprights with pine cone finials, the footboard with matching arched panel, width to the edge of the irons 138cm, headboard width 150cm, height 158cm, with two sets of irons and a king size bed base measuring 153cm (5ft) x 198cm long

This bed has been adapted from the French skirted sides to Vono irons, of which there are two sets, one longer than standard. As a result of the adaptation there is a loss of moulding around the base of the pillars (see images). There is a Seventh Heaven king size bed base as per the catalogue description. It is in good condition.
