The top has water damage and some waxy residue creating a dark stained area and is also running down the side of the piece. There are splits around the base. One of the handles is missing and the drawer has a section of cockbeading missing. There is evidence of old woodworm on the leading edge of the lid and a replaced section of moulding, probably for the same reason, on the opposite side.
The lock is present but there isn't a key.
