Fees

Victorian mahogany breakfront sideboard, circa 1845-60, the back panel with a carved fruiting crest over an inverted breakfront frieze with three ovolo drawers above four carved moulded cupboard doors, opening to drawers and trays, all over a plinth base with concealed white pot castors, width 215cm, height 156cm, depth 61cm

More Information

Some very minor surface scratches to the top and a small and fine split on the left hand side of the top, approx. 22cm long. There is a slither of wood missing from the back left hand plinth. There is no key with this piece and therefore the left hand door does not close tightly, the right hand door less so. There is rubbing beneath the moulding where the door closes. Normal scuffs around the base of the plinth. Good, even, rich colour throughout, with little or no sign of fading.
