Chinese blue and white ewer, Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated with auspicious objects in foliate panels to a slight baluster, over a domed circular foot, painted lingzhi mark, height 17.5cm

There is a large ground chip to the base of the handle with associated loss to the porcelain and revealing an underlying hair crack and a small area of restorative over painting. The handle also has a small frit and a firing crack underneath the top of the handle. The spout has a chip with associated hair cracks and a small loss.
No further damage is found.
