In our view the finial is a replacement. Also replaced is the butt of the handle as it joins the body (see image). The escutcheons have light dents and one may have been previously engraved. A split can be seen in the upper handle, just above the insulator. Two handle pins are missing.
No further damage detected.
The hallmarks are clear.
