The painting has been cleaned in recent times. There is some evidence of touching-up to the upper right edge of the picture, which appears to be covering mount marks. There are some mount marks on the lower edge of the picture with a small loss of paint in the lower right corner. The colours are bright. There is no signature, merely an indication of the artist on the original mount. Old label verso, a framers and dealers label. The gilt frame is modern and in good condition. Overall size with frame is 54cm x 43cm
