There are ripples to the veneer on the top. A large section of the veneer on the top has been replaced. It has been done a long time ago and is well patinated in. The inside is well figured and has a nice polish. There are also cracks to the veneer on the right-hand side of the top. There is a myriad of knocks and scratches. Around the quatreform base there is moulding missing and usual knocks and scrapes around the feet.
