More Information

In our opinion this clock is not a marriage but has obviously been later carved. The case is well patinated but the base has a vertical split and slight separations at the feet.
The movement looks clean enough but we can’t pass comment on the working condition or completeness of the movement. One of the wire gut is detached and this is the coil on the weights, the other remains attached.
An attractive 12 in dial with two cast metal weights, pendulum and winding key.The movement looks clean enough but we can’t pass comment on the working condition or completeness of the movement. One of the wire gut is detached and this is the coil on the weights, the other remains attached.
The box base has a split running vertically. Knocks around the feet and gapping in the joints.
