Shipping Policy


We don't provide a shipping service for our Collectors & General Sales. We ask that you pay and collect as soon as possible after the sale.


We provide an in-house shipping service for lots we deem suitable for posting. We charge what we consider to be a reasonable packing fee in addition to the cost of postage which is normally by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service like TNT.

Please note that we do not have a dedicated packing department so whilst we aim to respond to shipping requests as quickly as possible they can take 7-10 days at times of particularly high demand.

If your lots are suitable for posting we will have calculated a quote by the time you receive your invoice so you can call or message us to request this. If there is no quote available , we may still be able to help but we may have to pack the item first in order to get a quote. Please feel free to enquire.

Please note that the couriers mentioned above are third party companies with whom you should make your own arrangements.

If you are collecting in person or using a courier our opening hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. For collection of goods it is best to avoid auction day, which is every other Wednesday. If you are sending a courier please ensure we know who to expect and when so that we can ensure your lots are being released to the right person.
